As you can probably guess from the content on my blog — I live in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis. And I love my neighborhood. It’s fun, a little retro and day or night it’s bustling with activity. I’m sure that’s due to the demographics of the area. I don’t have any specifics on how those break down, but my neighbors on all sides young singles and couples. And with the proximity of Butler University, and the vibrant nightlife on Broad Ripple Avenue, there is a high density of college students too. Broad Ripple holds a special place in the hearts of it’s residents. I’m excited to see discussions like this one taking place and looking forward to how these ideas may be realized in the Village.
